AI assistant: usage and benefits
Pilot
An AI assistant pilot on your content
In a pilot we build the AI assistant on your content, test it on real questions and show it to your team. It can be live within one week.
How a pilot works
- 1
Website and documents
Together we select the content the assistant will answer from.
- 2
Knowledge base
We prepare the content into a knowledge base and set the answering rules.
- 3
Test questions
We check the assistant against real questions from your users and refine it.
- 4
Demo page
We show the assistant on a demo page (as on ccbot.eu) where your team can try it.
- 5
Go-live
We embed the assistant on your website or in your internal environment.
What we can include
- Live within one week – from choosing the content to a working assistant on a demo page.
- 150+ languages – the assistant answers in the language of the question – including Slovenian, English, German, Italian and Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.
- Voice and Viber – besides website chat, the assistant can also answer by voice and on Viber.
- Lead capture and meetings – the assistant collects the visitor's enquiry and contact details or offers a meeting slot.
- 12-week logging – all conversations are logged and archived for 12 weeks – for quality control and traceability.
- AWS or your own infrastructure – deployment in the cloud (AWS) or on your organisation's infrastructure.
- BYOK – for on-premise deployments, your own API key for the language model; OpenAI and Anthropic are supported.
Terms
Pilot terms – scope, duration and price – are agreed individually, based on the content and channels you want to include.
What we need from you
- A list of web pages and documents the assistant should answer from.
- A contact person for content questions.
- A few typical questions from your users for testing.
